Fast We have been building an AI-Agent called an AI-Recruiter, before this term was coined. It has progressively turned into a multi-agent, multi modal AI platform.

is founded by a team of IITians and serial entrepreneurs. We are based out of Mumbai and love to work in person from
our office at IIT-Bombay (Powai).

We have closed a seed fund round recently. We are adding some kick-ass team members to 10x our impact in the next 12 months.

In your role, you will:

  • Design and optimise scalable backend systems to support high-traffic applications, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
  • Write and maintain testable, efficient, and reusable code, ensuring alignment with current best practices and company coding standards.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards
  • If you have worked with voice applications, its a huge plus

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a backend developer.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Hands on experience working with Django, Fast API or similar frameworks.
  • Hands on experience working with GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Hands on experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of micro services architecture and containerisation technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Scalability and Performance Optimisation.
  • Strong coding, logical and problem-solving abilities

We prefer local Mumbai candidates, who are immediately available to join.

Salary: LPA + ESOPs depending on experience
