ITIL L3 Production Support Professional

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-12 years of experience to join our team as an ITIL L3 Production Support specialist in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a basic understanding of Service first and project management principles.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist in change payload from service and coordinate with stakeholders to capture relevant information.
- Coordinate tracking activities and information across multiple teams.
- Support the preparation of documentation, presentations, meeting minutes, and forward views.
- Attend Stability and Governance meetings and deliver results.
- Understand tools like Excel, PPT, JIRA, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production support.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Service first and project management principles.
- Understanding of SDLC and its applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like Excel, PPT, JIRA, and other relevant software.
