Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, is for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales and support, identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, assisting with system implementation, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to ensure proper understanding and delivery of solutions to clients
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service with an ability to provide exceptional client care and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey technical information and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in an on-site work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial or vacuum systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting client requirements
