HIRING IMMEDIATELY GreenJams is looking for an entrepreneurial engineering graduate to manage operations at our Agrocrete manufacturing unit in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This is an on -site job where the ideal candidate will manage and execute daily operations. Roles & responsibilities: - Manage production and fulfil weekly targets - Preparation and updating MIS for inventory, raw material stock, and personnel - Oversee plant maintenance, production efficiency and worker productivity - Keep on top of stock availability and raw material inventory and communicate with sales teams on delivery schedules - Co -ordinate dispatch of goods to customers and ensure delivery through telephonic updates - Preparation of invoices and e -way bills through Zoho Books - Maintain strict confidentiality of operations, IP, and technologies. Future of the candidate: This position could put you on the path to joining the leadership team to grow operations vertically and horizontally. There could also be opportunities for joining cross -functional teams for business development through our innovative franchising models.
