Plant Operation manager

Overseeing operations of a manufacturing plant. His focus should be on increasing production and asset capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs.Responsible for maintaining current quality standards. He will assist the Plant Head/ Management inimplementation of every QA and QC initiative at the Plant level.Overseeing fulfillment of all statutory requirements and auditing weekly all records maintained by plant. He will be responsible for general administration of the plant. Co -ordination and liaising between plant and HQResponsible for relevant commercial negotiations and execution of any on site work including new process developments. RequirementsHandling overall plant operations in the continuous process industry preferably foundry/ iron / steel / sponge iron etc. Experienced only from Manufacturing industry Co -ordination and liaising between plant and HQ Understanding of running a chemical manufacturing plant or other manufacturing plant(Chemical/plastic /alloy/rubber)
