**Job Title**: Plant Operator - Soya Badi Processing Plant

**Location**: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Installation & Commissioning**: Lead and supervise the installation and commissioning of new Soya Badi plant equipment, ensuring all systems are integrated and operational.
- **Operation Management**: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient processing of soybeans into Soya Badi, including extrusion, drying, and packaging stages.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery such as extruders, dryers, and conveyors. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and adjust operational parameters to maintain product quality standards. Collaborate with the quality control team to address any deviations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Conduct safety audits and training sessions for plant staff.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and production metrics. Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to senior management.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor junior operators and maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of Soya Badi processing plants or similar agro-processing facilities.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating and maintaining plant machinery, including extruders, dryers, and conveyors. Strong understanding of electrical systems and PLC-based control systems.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
