We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Business and G&A positions. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders globally to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. Youll play a key role in shaping a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience that aligns with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Business and G&A roles, from role definition to candidate offer acceptance.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and craft strategic hiring plans.
  • Drive an outstanding candidate experience, promoting professionalism, inclusivity, and diversity at every stage.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure process compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, leveraging metrics and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within G&A or corporate functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver in a fast-paced, global environment.
