Epsilon International UK is a London based Educational Service Provider that deals with British, European and South Asian students wanting to study abroad in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Poland. It has pioneered in helping British, South Asian & Middle East students for their Higher Education & has given coaching in IELTS, OET, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, SAT, PTE, HLA. It's now expanding its operations to help Indian students study abroad and help them excel in getting through their dream Universities.. The company plans to expand its presence in major Indian cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata etc., hence is inviting aspiring applicants who have experience in similar industry dealing with all study abroad popular destinations to work with the young and growing team in Hyderabad, India.

Role Description
We are looking for experienced instructors who have prior knowledge of IELTS Training. Should be able to deliver high-impact, result-oriented sessions and be able to develop content for the same. Require outstanding communication in the English language and command over writing, listening, reading and speaking modules of the tests. Building good student relations and ensuring the best service.

Responsibilities
1. Offline: For IELTS Training using our Special IELTS tools in Hyderabad.
2. Online: For IELTS Training using our Special IELTS tools Via Zoom from Home or from Epsilon Center.
3. To provide IELTS preparation course curriculum, academic materials (provided by Epsilon), lecture, mock tests.
4. Develop students in all four language skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
5. Improve students according to their weak areas, build their ability and confidence when using spoken and written skills.
6. English in a wide variety of situations.
7. Teach students through exciting teaching methodologies including pair and group work activities, group discussions, debates as well as class projects.
8. Make students familiar with the format and requirements of all four parts of the IELTS test.
9. Provide training in essential test- taking strategies and techniques.
10. Practice with students on real IELTS test questions of previous years.
11. Work towards realizing a student's full potential in the IELTS test.
12. Have a one to one meeting with students at the end of each semester to discuss student's progress and areas for development.
13. Produce new thoughts and ideas to accelerate the work force and create new marketing strategies.
14. Build relations with students to get more references from word of mouth or references.

Candidate Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree Preferred
2. Excellent command of spoken & written English
3. Good Presentation & Speaking Skills
4. Able to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds. with
5. Should be willing to train junior trainers and lead a team.
6. Self Motivated with a passion for teaching.
7. Good teamwork and work culture.
