Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer based in Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to participants in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will involve preparing and conducting sessions on various soft skills, life skills, presentation skills, communication, and training & development. The candidate should be proficient in local languages, Telugu and Hindi, and should have relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (training or work experience).

Qualifications

  • Proven Presentation Skills and Soft Skills
  • Experience in Training & Development and Soft Skills training
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in local languages: Telugu and Hindi
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its training needs
  • Ability to work independently and deliver engaging training sessions
