  • Curriculum Planning & Delivery

Execute, present, and deliver established course planning and delivery by implementing curriculum requirements through the delivery of successful IELTS Listening, Writing, Reading, and Speaking modules in alignment with the IELTS standards.

  • Student Assessment & Feedback

Administer practice tests, archive student results, and provide competence and veracity-based feedback for student support.

  • Individual Student Support & Mentoring

Guide students to resourcefully evaluate their learning challenges while acting as individual mentors for student progress from band scores to higher band scores.

  • Material Development & Customization

Create relevant study materials, practice tests, and tasks for students of various needs and learning levels.

  • Classroom Management

Proactively manage a highly engaging and disciplined classroom to enable productive L2 development.

  • Keeping Records & Reports

Maintain records of student attendance, student results, knowledge and skills tracking; and report to management and/or parents as required.

  • Coaching Test Strategies

Teach students testing strategies, time management, and skills related to answering objective test questions related to IELTS.

  • Enhancing Language Proficiency

Investigate ways to enhance student cumulative growth of all areas of English proficiency related to: grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency.

  • Professional Development

Maintain contemporary understanding of the IELTS exam delivery parameters and patterns as well as the teaching of English language learning via attendance at training and certification.

  • Administrative Support

Work in close cooperation with the Academic Coordinator, manage batch scheduling, obtain direction for institutional needs when requested, and contribute as a team player as directed for institutional projects.Role & responsibilities
