Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments and create customized training plans for clients.
  • Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form and technique.
  • Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
  • Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on proper nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.
  • Ensure gym hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance standards are met.
  • Conduct group sessions such as strength training, cardio, mobility, or functional workouts as required.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to deliver an excellent fitness experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certified personal trainer.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a personal or group fitness trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and fitness trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients of different fitness levels.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹49,061.33 per month
