JOB SUMMARY
The role entails overseeing the Sales and service aspect of Premium and above segment customer in GB branches including distribution operations, service and sales. The role bearer is responsible for Premium and above segment client portfolio management (acquiring, Enhancing, deepening and retention). The role bearer will be a one point contact for all premium and above segment customer for all his financial needs and services thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from the relationship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquiring new premium and above segment Customer.
- Regularly interact with mapped customer to build rapport and understand the profile.
- Basis of profile, a contact plan should be drawn and customer contacted.
- Enhancing customer wallet size.
- Ensuring that customers make us their primary bank.
- Ensure that optimal level of income generation reached from TPP.
- Retain the customers via the experience offered.
- Increase liabilities size of relationship.
- Penetration of all products across family accounts as per profile & requirements.
- Lead generatin of cross sell products.
- Disseminating product information.
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
- Recording compliant as per the specified process.
- Preventive complaint management.
- Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that customer is utilizing the same.
- Ensure proper handover of customers in case of transfer of portfolios.
- Ensure certifications of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts.
- Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions.
- Ensure KYC norms are adhered to all points of time.
