Admission Counsellor/ Team Leads EdTech Sales/ Inside Sales

The Admission Counselor/Inside Sales/ Telesales Executive is responsible for driving student enrollment and business growth by providing academic counseling and developing strategic business initiatives. This role combines counseling, sales, and business development skills to attract prospective students and support their admission process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential students and business opportunities through outreach and cold calling.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, courses, admission procedures, and career paths.
- Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, families, educational partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and participate in educational events.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.
- Achieve enrollment and sales targets; track and report performance metrics.
- Stay updated with educational trends and adapt counseling and business strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of the education industry and student counseling best practices.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Public speaking and networking abilities.
- Strategic planning and market research competencies.
- Customer relationship management and negotiation.
