We are looking for a dynamic individual to play the role in line with the following JD requirements having a strong background in business analyst / e-Gov consultant / ICT consultant. The candidate should be an excellent communicator and should be able to design functional & technical ICT solutions. The candidate is preferred with a consulting background in e-Gov or ICT consulting domains, and with good relationship with the Govt. departments. He/she should understand software development lifecycle (waterfall and agile), have broad knowledge of IT application and analytics.

Role offered and location:

  • Base location would be Pune. The candidate should be flexible to travel
  • Position Presales Technical Analyst (Full time)

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Should have good understanding and experience on multiple verticals / projects of Healthcare, Transport, Education, Defence etc.
  • Cooperate and proactively define the ICT strategy and implement, ensuring that the implementation will be in line with the established goals
  • Being able to support the various initiatives to shape the requirements in a partnership manner with the other departments and projects, providing guidance, methodology and tools
  • Responsible for shaping technical requirements & follow up of IT projects
  • Track project progress against time and quality expectations. Conduct project related status/performance analysis
  • Should have exposures to solution designing of/with Workstation, Server, Storage, Telco, Network, ITMS (Integrated Traffic Management Systems) e-Gov solutions etc.
  • Define software and hardware standards in collaboration with stakeholders and owners
  • Understanding on information security levels on network, infrastructure and servers
  • Management of the on-site support
  • Liaison with ICT suppliers: manage, lead, propose
  • Responsible for technical equipment & IT infrastructure operational status (hardware, servers, Wi-Fi, Network, Telecommunication etc.)
  • Create requirements/RFPs/solution document for IT needs during events
  • Evaluate offers from vendors centres
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT-related tasks
  • Technical interface between internal users and various IT suppliers
  • Evaluation of new IT tools and platforms when appropriate
  • Strong experience in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel tools (Mandatory)
