As a Strategy & Solutions Senior Manager, FinTech, you will play a key role in the delivery of a well-articulated and quantified strategy that drives attention and investment across the organization.

We are now looking for a Strategy & Solutions Senior Analyst to strengthen the Center of Excellence team in Pune. You will be responsible for driving the execution of central initiatives across the Nasdaq Market Technology portfolio of Software Products and Software Services for Market Infrastructure Operations and New Markets.

Join the Strategy and Solutions organization for Nasdaq Board vantage. The main objective for this team in Pune is to be a team player in Sales Opportunities across the globe. The Senior Analyst, Strategy and Solutions will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including Answering the RFx, managing the Presales environment built in AWS and help global Presales team to overcome technical difficulties in using these environments. It also includes Calypso application troubleshooting, Calypso environmental issues, Environment performance problems, setting up new environments, AWS environment monitoring etc. The Presales group plays a major role in helping us to meet our overall financial goals and contributing to our overall growth.

Role and Responsibilities: ·

• Provide support for the global Pre-sales team from a technical perspective · System installation, including Java JRE download and installation, relational database installation, data model installation and upgrade scripts, setup and configuration of event-driven framework, configuration of real-time data feeds, etc.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to the Presales team with respect to AWS and Calypso application.
• Support and maintain the presales AWS environment, across all designated servers globally.
• Work with product Support teams for Presales environment fixes.
• Work on AWS and Calypso environment deployment and upgrades
• Take part in the RFx process to complete the RFx deliverables in time
• Optimize the manual process
• Extend necessary support in Preparation of Demos including analyzing use cases / test scenarios to create Plans, maintenance & preparation of demo environment, writing custom codes.
• Research, coordinate and Work with R & D & Presales and gather information to update "Presales Environments" from time to time.
• Upgrade Presales Environment periodically and conduct / participate in UAT process
• High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new Calypso features / releases.
• Working hours may involve shifts (Morning, Evening) to support Market Specialist based in Singapore, EMEA & US region (No Night Shift)

We expect you to have

• Minimum 4 to 6 years' experience in Technical Roles for Capital markets (preferred) with Cloud technology.
• Strong Technical knowledge of AWS, Java, Spring boot, Oracle, PostgreSQL Strong Technical knowledge CI/CD, Dockers. Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Strong Understanding of Integrations, Infrastructure management, APIs, ETLs is must
• Linux, Windows server, middleware technologies, networking, and Shell scripting experience is desirable
• Should have knowledge of Presales Process
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
• Must have good knowledge of PowerPoint Presentation.
• Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment · Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science) – IT / CS

It would be great if you

• Cloud technology experience, implementation, maintenance and delivery Experience in Tools such as GIT, JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, Jenkins will be an added advantage
• Experience with capital market software such as Calypso will be an added advantage
• RFx, Client proposal and Client communication
