We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to drive data-led decision-making and performance tracking across Musafir's fast-growing travel platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a digital B2C environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling, dashboards, and business forecasting
  • Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, WebEngage, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
  • Experience in user-behaviour analysis, funnel metrics, retention, and cohort analysis
  • Ability to work with product, marketing, tech, and operations teams in cross-functional setups
  • Exposure to fast-paced agile product environments
  • Experience in travel-tech or e-commerce domains is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear analysis and reporting requirements
  • Build dashboards, define KPIs, and generate actionable insights for product and business teams
  • Work closely with product managers to support roadmap decisions with data
  • Conduct in-depth user behavior, funnel, and cohort analysis to improve product performance
  • Support A/B testing, experiments, and post-launch evaluation of new features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and act on data-driven growth opportunities
  • Present findings and insights to leadership teams to influence product and business strategy
  • Maintain documentation of business requirements, insights, and process improvements
