Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as a Senior Business Analyst - SAAS, based in Pune. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and defining business requirements, and developing strategies to streamline operations. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate across teams, communicate insights effectively, and provide solutions to align business goals with technical requirements. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work hands-on with data and present analysis to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience in gathering and refining Business Requirements for projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Preferred qualifications: familiarity with SAAS-based solutions and a degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields
