You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.

To be successful as a GenAI CoE Analyst, you should have experience with:

  • Applying a proven ability to manage end-to-end governance or process to the evolving GenAI process or similar enabling alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. Ability to thrive in a self-driven environment. While guidance and support will be available, the ideal candidate will take full ownership —driving them from start to finish, proactively identifying needs, and reaching out for input or support when necessary.
  • Understanding of AI governance, including collaboration with Model Risk Management (MRM), Compliance, Legal, and AI/ML forums for approvals, guardrails, and control adherence. Familiarity with internal processes for approvals, compliance, and risk management related to AI initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams, escalate blockers, and drive alignment with senior leadership and control functions Awareness of AI Tools & Platforms.

Some other highly valued skills include:

  • General understanding of GenAI tools and platforms used within the organization (e.g., GitLab Duo, Microsoft Copilot).
  • Ability to identify and implement ways to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Commitment to upskilling teams on GenAI capabilities, fostering adoption, and through training, documentation, or enablement sessions.

This role is based in Pune.

Purpose of the role

To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.

Accountabilities

  • Management of the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and the execution of sprints.
  • Collaboration with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support the proposal of technically feasible solutions, and effort and timeline expectations.
  • Collaboration with software engineers, quality teams, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle aligned to the banks objectives, regulation and security policies.
  • Identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
  • Management of change requests and communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management of vendor relations involved in technical projects to ensure they deliver according to agreed terms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improving deliver outcomes and to foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence and growth.
