Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This junior-level position is available in multiple locations including Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Vellore, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, and Erode. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for building client relationships, strategizing sales, and expanding market reach. While no prior work experience is necessary, a strong motivation to drive business growth is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill), necessary for articulating ideas, engaging clients, and ensuring smooth information flow across teams.
- Proven ability in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill), focusing on developing long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales skills to effectively promote our services and achieve revenue targets within assigned territories.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals that are advantageous for both the company and clients.
- Market research experience to analyze industry trends and competitor offerings, providing insights for strategic growth.
- Expertise in building relationships to cultivate professional connections, ensuring ongoing business and referrals.
- Strategic planning capabilities to formulate and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to enhance business strategies and stay competitive.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and client needs.
- Participate in sales meetings and brainstorm sessions to drive innovative sales tactics and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients to promote services and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor client accounts and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and support promotional initiatives.
