Responsibilities:-


• Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans.


• Manage different online recruitment sourcing platforms.


• Review applications and Interview processes.


• Coordinate with the candidates proactively.


• Develop recruitment-related Documents.


• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.


• Provide counselling on policies and procedures.


• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.


• Manage centre management and its operations work involving academics and the TNP Department.

Skills Required:-


• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong editing skills.


• Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to deliver engaging presentations.


• Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-motivated and organised.


• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.


• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask. Excellent organisational skills.
