Role Description

We are looking for a Secretarial Assistant
to join our team full-time at our
Dwarka office
. This role is focused on assisting with ROC/MCA-related compliance work and other statutory filings. The Secretarial Assistant will handle preparation, review, and filing of forms with the Registrar of Companies, support in organizing Board and General Meetings, and ensure accurate documentation of secretarial records. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate compliance under the Companies Act and LLP Act.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and filing of
    Annual Filing Forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, LLP Form-8, LLP Form-11, etc.)
  • Filing of various MCA forms
    such as INC-22 (Address Change), DIR-12 (Director Change), PAS-3 (Allotment of Shares), and others
  • Assisting in the convening and documentation of
    Board Meetings and General Meetings
    (drafting notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions)
  • Maintaining and updating statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008
  • Supporting with drafting of agreements, deeds, and resolutions as required
  • Coordinating with clients for collection of documents and compliance updates
  • Ensuring timely filings with MCA/ROC to avoid penalties

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ROC/MCA compliance and secretarial procedures (preferred)
  • Accuracy in preparing, reviewing, and filing statutory forms and documents
  • Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008 will be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or Company Secretary or Chartered Accountants course students (pursuing/complete) preferred
  • Interns/Freshers
