At Indraprastha Corridor Advisory Services ), we are India's leading transaction advisors to NHAI, specializing in financial modeling, concessionaire agreements, arbitration advisory, TEV/LIE assignments, and end-to-end support in highway infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a Legal Associate with a dual background in Company Secretary (CS) and Law (LLB) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work on high-stake infrastructure projects, particularly in the areas of legal documentation, arbitration support, and claim quantification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, concession agreements, and arbitration documents.
  • Support in the quantification of claims for infrastructure projects, including analysis of contractual clauses, financial implications, and dispute matters.
  • Provide legal compliance support for company operations in alignment with statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, counsels, and government authorities for legal and arbitration-related work.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely filings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹44,000.00 per month
