In this role, you will leverage digital channels - including social media, podcasts, email marketing, and other online platforms - to build brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and contribute directly to sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is someone who combines creativity with a results-driven mindset, able to turn content and campaigns into measurable business outcomes.We’re looking for individuals who have completed their graduation/post-graduation and are ready to begin a full-time role in international marketing, business development, lead generation, and revenue growth - particularly in the legal, tax, and advisory sector.Currently, we are a two-member team working out of our Greater Kailash office in South Delhi looking to expand our core team.The first month will serve as a paid training and assessment period , where both you and we evaluate if there’s a long-term fit based on output, learning speed, attitude, and performance. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, quick learning ability, discipline, and a willingness to build from scratch in a startup environment .What This Role Involves:Driving lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, podcasts, and global partnershipsCreating and contributing to content ideas, proposals, and communication strategiesResearching and building high-value prospect databases for global outreachInvolvement in performance marketing, digital campaigns, and metrics trackingDay-to-day execution of relationship management with partners, sponsors, and stakeholdersTaking ownership of lead generation, funnel building, campaign optimization, and direct contribution to revenue growthUtilizing podcast and other online platforms to drive partner engagement, thought leadership, and business developmentThis is a hands-on, high-output role blending performance marketing, business execution, and growth responsibilities.Who Should Apply:Graduates (Law, Business, or related fields) who have completed their studiesIndividuals looking to begin a real full-time social media and performance marketing growth role , not practice lawThose available to work 6 days a week from our South Delhi officeCandidates who are disciplined, focused, and can meet structured daily/weekly goalsThose open to learning, adapting, and taking on responsibility from day oneAssessment & Growth Path:Month 1: ₹10,000 fixed stipend during training and assessment (Non-negotiable)From Month 2: Full-time role with monthly remuneration of ₹25,000–₹50,000, depending on your performance, learning curve, and output qualityImportant Notes:This is not a part-time, freelance, or remote positionThis is not a legal research or litigation role - it is a business, social & performance marketing, and revenue growth role within the legal and advisory industryCandidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, focused, and structured environmentStrong written communication, digital fluency, attention to detail, and reliability are essentialNot suited for senior profiles or those expecting higher starting pay
