Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Intern located in West Delhi. The CS Intern will assist with corporate legal and secretarial tasks, including documentation, filing, and compliance work. Daily responsibilities include supporting senior staff with research, attending meetings, and ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of corporate legal and secretarial practices
  • Strong documentation, filing, and compliance skills
  • Ability to conduct research and provide support in professional settings
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree in Law, Company Secretaryship, or related field
