We are looking for passionate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy contributing directly to the companys business growth and real-world client engagement.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers for our sales team. This is an entry- to junior-level position ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to break into tech sales or grow in a sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and email databases.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit.
    • Schedule meetings/demos between qualified leads and the Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
