We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us expand our client base and explore new business opportunities in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, or freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos with potential clients.
  • Prepare and send professional proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand services and prepare relevant presentations or documents.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and client needs to develop outreach strategies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of IT/software development services.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and freelancing portals.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized in work approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related fields.
  • Prior experience in business development, telemarketing, or client coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting targets remotely.
