We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced SEO Manager in the Philippines to lead our day-to-day SEO initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking a SEO Manager with 6+ years of proven experience in SEO strategy, technical optimization, content-driven growth, and link building. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of SEO from the ground up, is results-driven, and thrives in a transparent and collaborative environment.

This role is remote and full-time. Candidates must not engage in moonlighting or freelancing during employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day SEO operations, ensuring continuous improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement optimization strategies (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, etc.).
  • Build and manage a robust link-building strategy (white-hat outreach, partnerships, content-driven links).
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage keyword research, competitor analysis, and topical authority building.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance across tools like GA4, GSC, and third-party platforms.
  • Implement SEO automation techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI-driven SEO trends, and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, tech) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Maintain 100% transparency in reporting and strategy execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with global projects.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO (link building).
  • Proven ability to achieve top Google rankings for competitive keywords.
  • Familiarity with SEO automation tools and data-driven optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a transparent, no-excuses work ethic.
  • Must be a full-time employee—no moonlighting or freelancing permitted.

  • Experience in AI-powered SEO strategies and automation workflows.
