About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to enhance our website's search visibility and drive organic growth. You will lead SEO audits, on-page optimization, link-building, and manage Local SEO strategies. Collaborating with content and development teams, you'll ensure best practices are implemented. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed website SEO audits and implement optimization strategies.
  • Manage On-Page SEO including meta tags, internal linking, structured data, and keyword optimization.
  • Execute Off-Page SEO strategies such as link building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
  • Optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB) listings for Local SEO.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
  • Monitor and improve SERP rankings, organic traffic, and website performance metrics via Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly content and technical site improvements.
  • Develop and execute scalable white-hat link-building strategies: guest posts, citations, forums, blog commenting, Web 2.0, and digital PR.
  • Prospect and secure high Domain Authority (DA) backlink opportunities in relevant industries.
  • Perform backlink analysis, monitor link performance, and manage disavow files to eliminate toxic backlinks.
  • Ensure all link-building activities comply with Google's guidelines and adhere to E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, acquired backlinks, and performance metrics.
  • Generate and present monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of Google's ranking algorithms and local SEO strategies
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
  • Experience in GMB setup, optimization, and local map pack ranking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
