Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Role & responsibilities
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, briefing notes, and executive communications.
- Act as gatekeeper by prioritizing and triaging inbound requests, ensuring MDs time is optimized.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage VIP/investor visits with professionalism and discretion.
- Plan and manage complex travel itineraries, including visas, logistics, and contingency arrangements.
- Maintain accurate reports, minutes of meetings, and document management systems.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Leverage technology, including Google Workspace/MS Office and AI tools, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of action items and commitments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Postgraduate degree; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 710 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, ideally in real estate, construction, or high-stakes industries.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and senior stakeholder interactions.
- Strong corporate communication skills with executive-level polish.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven with excellent judgment and discretion.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in digital and AI-enabled tools.
- Professional presence, adaptable to dynamic environments, and aligned with luxury real estate standards.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.
