About the Role
Logix Infotech is seeking a
highly experienced Marketing Manager (15–25 years)
to lead our nationwide marketing, lead generation, and market expansion initiatives for our flagship solutions —
Finaman ERP, Logix QMS, and Logix SOP Manager
.
This is a
senior leadership position
, responsible for strategic planning, team performance, industry networking, and driving predictable business growth across India.
The ideal candidate comes with strong B2B experience, especially in
SaaS, ERP, Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial sectors
, and has managed large marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, guide, and manage a
15–20 member marketing team
across regions - Set monthly and quarterly marketing & lead generation targets
- Ensure execution discipline: calls, follow-ups, visits, demos, reporting
- Build a strong performance-driven culture within the marketing team
B2B Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop marketing strategies for ERP, QMS, manufacturing SaaS markets
- Identify new segments, industries, and regions for expansion
- Build deep industry relationships in
pharma, chemical, manufacturing, and industrial sectors - Conduct market intelligence, competitor mapping, and opportunity analysis
Branding & Communication
- Strengthen the brand presence of Finaman ERP, Logix QMS & SOP Manager
- Oversee marketing communication, messaging, and positioning
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing activities
Coordination & Performance Review
- Work closely with the Sales Team for lead nurturing, demo scheduling & conversions
- Monitor team performance, lead quality, and conversion funnels
- Ensure accurate CRM/ERP-based reporting, MIS updates, and review dashboards
- Optimize processes for predictable monthly lead flow and conversions
Skills & Qualifications
- 15–25 years
of experience in
Marketing / Strategic Marketing / B2B Marketing - Proven leadership experience handling
large marketing teams (10–20 members) - Strong understanding of
B2B buying cycles
, especially in SaaS/ERP/Manufacturing industries - Excellent communication & stakeholder management (English & Hindi)
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability
- Experience working closely with sales teams for lead management
- Target-driven, disciplined, and process-oriented leader
- Understanding of market dynamics in industrial sectors such as pharma, manufacturing, chemicals, machinery, or enterprise solutions
(Note: This is NOT a digital marketing execution role. Candidates must have senior-level strategic & team leadership experience.)
