About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and confident Demo Speakers who can deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers across various regions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills and prior experience in B2C sales environments such as EdTech, Insurance, Banking, or Real Estate.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting impactful live/virtual demos, connecting with audiences in their native language, and driving customer interest through persuasive storytelling and clear product understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging product demos to prospective customers (online & offline).
  • Understand the audience and tailor the presentation flow to their needs and language preference.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to prepare demo scripts, presentations, and collaterals.
  • Ensure smooth coordination for scheduled demos, from technical setup to final delivery.
  • Represent the brand in webinars, workshops, events, and live sessions with high energy and clarity.
  • Collect and share feedback to continuously improve demo effectiveness.
  • • Support the sales funnel by converting demo interest into qualified leads.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 25 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in EdTech / Education / High-ticket B2C sales..
  • Industry Background: EdTech (Preferred), Insurance/Banking Sales, Real Estate Sales
  • Type of Sales: B2C (Business to Consumer)
  • Team Handling Exposure: Minimum 1 year; should have handled a team of 3+ members previously (even though this is an IC role).
  • Excellent communication skills in English + regional language (Bengali)

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Highly Presentable with excellent grooming and stage presence.
  • Strong Communication Skills in Hindi & English (additional regional languages preferred).
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • .Confident public speaker with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable with digital tools & virtual presentation platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Work Location & Working Days

  • Work from Kolkata.
  • 6-day working week.
  • Training Location : Hyderabad
  • Work Timings : 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
  • Working days / Weekoffs : Rotational (Not on SaturdaySunday)
