Location - Sarjapur, Bangalore

Shift and working days - 6 days rotational shift (6AM to 3PM & 3PM to 12AM)

Role & responsibilities

  1. Work on being the friendly voice of through chat, e-mail, and phone.
  2. Participate in field marketing events to connect with customers directly.
  3. Resolve issues with empathy and ensure every customer feels heard.
  4. Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless shopping experiences.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. 2-4 years of experience in customer service (bonus if its in e-commerce).

  2. Stellar communication and active listening skills.

  3. A proactive team player with a can-do attitude.

  4. Availability to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
