Hiring: Global Head of Sales & Marketing

With our global businsss expanding rapidly we are looking for a high-impact leader to drive our next phase of growth in Oil & Gas, LNG, Power, Petrochemicals, and Renewable Energy sectors.

Position: Global Head of Sales & Marketing

Location: Global Role (Mumbai, India)

Reporting to: Joint Managing Director

About the Role:

You will own the complete Global Sales & Marketing strategy and execution for our high-performance Industrial #Valves Portfolio (API 6D, API 600, Cryogenics, High Pressure Gate, Globe, Check, Ball and Butterly ).

This is a leadership role with direct responsibility for achieving aggressive growth targets across regions, building deeper relationships with major end-users (IOCs, NOCs, utilities) and top EPCs worldwide.

Key Expectations

20+ years in industrial valves/flow control/mechanical or instrumentation products sales & marketing

Minimum 10 years serving Oil & Gas, LNG, Power, and allied sectors

Proven track record of closing $10M+ deals with global majors (#ExxonMobil #Shell #Aramco #Adnoc #Total #GE #ABB #Siemens etc.)

Experience managing large, geographically distributed sales teams

Hands-on relationships with leading EPCs (#Bechtel #Fluor #Technip #McDermott #Saipem etc.)

Strong technical understanding of Valve applications in upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, and power projects

Demonstrated success in entering new markets and driving 20%+ YoY growth

Compensation: Highly competitive executive package (base + performance bonus)
