Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon is for a Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing systems to enhance customer satisfaction, creating strategies to increase customer retention, and leading CRM initiatives for the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing customer experience programs, segmenting target markets to optimize communications and interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver unparalleled service. The role will involve analyzing customer behavior data and providing actionable insights to elevate brand loyalty and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Analytical Skills and expertise in Market Segmentation to interpret data and devise strategies
  • Proven experience in Team Management and leading collaborative teams for CRM initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with diverse customers
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with customer-centric business strategies
  • Prior experience in the home retail or lifestyle industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or relevant field
