Role & responsibilities

The Internal Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that visually document

the companys people, events, products, and workplace culture. This role plays a key part in

strengthening the organizations visual storytelling across internal and external communication

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture professional-quality photographs of official events, plant visits, employee engagements,

celebrations, training programs, and leadership interactions.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit photographs aligned with the brands visual identity and communication

objectives.

  • Maintain and manage the digital photo archive for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, HR, and other departments to deliver visual

content for newsletters, reports, presentations, intranet, and social media.

  • Conduct photo shoots for portraits, product displays, factory environments, and merchandising

as per internal requirements.

  • Ensure timely delivery of edited photos with consistent quality and style.
  • Operate and maintain photography equipment, lighting systems, and related accessories.
  • Support video recording and basic editing when required (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional photography (corporate or industrial environment

preferred).


• Strong knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera systems, lighting setups, and post-production tools

(e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Canva, Photoshop. etc).


• Understanding of composition, color, and storytelling through images.


• Ability to handle multiple assignments and deliver within deadlines.


• Strong attention to detail and creativity.


• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Preferences:


• Experience in videography and basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) will be an

added advantage.


• Knowledge of corporate branding and visual communication standards.
