Role & responsibilitiesThe Internal Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that visually documentthe companys people, events, products, and workplace culture. This role plays a key part instrengthening the organizations visual storytelling across internal and external communicationplatforms.Key Responsibilities:Capture professional-quality photographs of official events, plant visits, employee engagements,celebrations, training programs, and leadership interactions.Plan, shoot, and edit photographs aligned with the brands visual identity and communicationobjectives.Maintain and manage the digital photo archive for easy retrieval and reference.Collaborate with Corporate Communications, HR, and other departments to deliver visualcontent for newsletters, reports, presentations, intranet, and social media.Conduct photo shoots for portraits, product displays, factory environments, and merchandisingas per internal requirements.Ensure timely delivery of edited photos with consistent quality and style.Operate and maintain photography equipment, lighting systems, and related accessories.Support video recording and basic editing when required (preferred but not mandatory).Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional photography (corporate or industrial environmentpreferred).• Strong knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera systems, lighting setups, and post-production tools(e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Canva, Photoshop. etc).• Understanding of composition, color, and storytelling through images.• Ability to handle multiple assignments and deliver within deadlines.• Strong attention to detail and creativity.• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Additional Preferences:• Experience in videography and basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) will be anadded advantage.• Knowledge of corporate branding and visual communication standards.
