Role Summary- Subject position reports directly to the Senior Leader of the respective project. A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager in transmission projects is responsible for planning, executing, and managing CSR initiatives that align with the companys social and environmental goals. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the organizations transmission projects contribute positively to the communities and environments they impact.

KRA- 1.

CSR Strategy Development-

Develop and implement CSR strategies specifically tailored to transmission projects, focusing on sustainable development, community engagement, and environmental stewardship

2.

Community Engagement & Development:

Identify and engage with local communities affected by transmission projects.

3.

Environmental Sustainability:

Work with environmental teams to minimize the ecological impact of transmission projects.

4.

Partnership Building:

Build and maintain partnerships with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of CSR initiatives.

5.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track the progress of CSR programs and evaluate their effectiveness. Prepare and present reports on CSR initiatives for internal stakeholders and external regulators.

6.

Employee Engagement: Organize employee volunteering programs related to transmission projects. Encourage internal teams to participate in community and environmental efforts, fostering a culture of social responsibility within the organization
