Job Title: Head of Corporate Affairs

The Head of Corporate Affairs will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate affairs strategies, programs, and policies to enhance the company's image and brand in line with its mission and vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Policy Advocacy: Advocate for favorable policies and regulations that support the growth and development of the Cement Industry.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and clearances for Mining Operations and setting up a Cement plant.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to address potential issues and mitigate risks.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Oversee the company's CSR initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree in Law is preferred.
  • At least 20 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or a related field, preferably within the Mining and Cement Industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Cement sector and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
