Job Summary: The Branch Operations Manager would be a significant role managing the operations the Multi-Specialty Dental Clinic Mohali. As a Branch Operations Manager, you're overseeing various aspects of the clinic's daily functions, from administrative tasks to team management. Here's a breakdown of what your role likely entails:
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Administration:
- Handle all administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient records, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff with the help of HR Head, including dental professionals and support personnel.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance, including tracking expenses and revenues.
- Develop strategies to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
- Patient Care and Experience:
- Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and resolve any issues that arise.
- Marketing and Growth:
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic's services and special offers.
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, including financials, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Report to upper management or the clinic's owners on progress and challenges.

Education and Certifications:

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with regular business hours from Monday to Saturday.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent patient interactions and administrative responsibilities.
