Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros) and hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and templates using Excel and Power BI.
  • Work closely with internal teams to collect, validate, and interpret data.
  • Generate actionable insights to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient reporting solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Good understanding of data management and reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
