About the Role

We are looking for a
highly experienced, dynamic Business Development Manager
with a strong background in the
Events & Exhibitions industry
. This role focuses solely on
business acquisition, strategic growth, and client relationship building
. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the confidence to independently lead client conversations, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare dashboards related to project status, site updates, BOQs, costing, productivity, and timelines.
• Identify trends, deviations, and highlight critical risks through data analysis.

AI Tools & Automation

• Use AI tools for forecasting, data consolidation, and report generation.
• Build automation workflows using platforms like Power Automate, Zapier, , or similar.
• Implement smart systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Integrations & System Management

• Integrate MIS data with ERP, CRM, project management tools, and internal systems.
• Manage data flow between tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, Power BI, Trello, and Excel.
• Ensure real-time, accurate, and consistent data availability across departments.

Workforce Management in Trello

• Create, manage, and maintain Trello boards for workforce allocation, productivity tracking, and daily task updates.
• Monitor team capacity, schedules, ticket status, and workload distribution.
• Provide management with Trello-based dashboards of workforce utilization.
• Automate Trello workflows and integrate with other reporting tools.

Project Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare structured documentation for interior projects — timelines, vendor status, material tracking, and execution schedules.
• Support project managers with accurate data for planning, site progress, billing, and client reporting.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Coordinate with Design, Project Execution, HR, Finance, and Procurement teams for smooth data flow.
• Assist leadership with insights required for decision-making.

Required Skills

• Advanced MIS skills (Excel, Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for analytics and automation.
• Experience in system integration and workflow automation.
• Expertise in Trello board management (workforce tracking, tasks, automations).
• Understanding of interior design project workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Interior Management, or similar.
• 2–4 years of MIS experience (preferably in interiors / construction).
• Certifications in analytics or automation tools is an added advantage.
