The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and aalyzing daily sales reports, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to support the sales team and management.

Job description

  • Prepare and share daily performance reports of the sales team, including individual and team achievements against targets.
  • Consolidate sales data and generate dashboards for management review.
  • Maintain and update databases with sales records, client details, and other relevant information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to gather required data and resolve discrepancies in reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design customized MIS reports based on business needs.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the MIS and reporting system to enhance efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as MIS executive, preferably from BFSI and NBFC sector.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Strong command of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to handle and analyze large datasets. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
