About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Development Consultant
with 4–8 years of proven experience in cybersecurity sales. The ideal candidate will have strong lead generation skills, an active industry network, and the ability to engage with CXO-level decision-makers. Based in
Delhi
, this role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and positioning our cybersecurity solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Leverage
    existing relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Compliance Leaders
    to create and convert opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, negotiations, and closures.
  • Promote cybersecurity offerings including: Compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA), vCISO/vDPO services, Red Team Assessments, and Security Audits.
  • Build and execute account strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client engagement data in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events across Delhi/NCR.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales with proven lead generation expertise.
  • Strong
    network of industry contacts
    with access to decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Sound understanding of cybersecurity consulting and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
