The Role
We're seeking a proven
Inside Sales Executive
with a track record of success selling into the
North American market
. This role demands experience, discipline, and results. We are not looking for beginners — we want someone who has consistently met or exceeded sales targets and can confidently navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
You'll be working
night shifts
to align with US and Canadian business hours. This position is fully remote but comes with high expectations and high rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the
full sales cycle
— from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals - Execute outbound campaigns via calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build relationships with decision-makers across various business functions
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and automation tools
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and activity targets
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years
of proven inside sales experience targeting
North American clients - Documented track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong outbound B2B sales and consultative selling skills
- Exceptional communication skills (fluent written & spoken English)
- Ability to work
US/Canada business hours
(night shift IST) - Highly driven, competitive, and target-oriented personality
