Position: Customer Support for International UK Process

Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process at Firstsource Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering a seamless customer experience to our global clients.

Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via voice, email, and chat support channels.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, particularly technical concerns.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in internal systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, or Graduation are eligible to apply.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Note: Freshers with BE, BTech, BSc, or Postgraduate degrees are not eligible for this role.
  • Strong command of English communication is essential.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
