About the Role

You will lead market research, strategy design, and venture planning, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to turn high-potential concepts into operational realities. This is a role with strategic impact, operational responsibility, and the freedom to build from zero.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new venture opportunities.

Develop business cases, models, and go-to-market strategies.

Lead pilot projects and refine strategies for scaling.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to execute.

Track venture KPIs and present performance insights to leadership.

Identify partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

Education: MBA from a Tier 1 business school (IIM, ISB).

Experience: 5–8 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or venture building.

Skills: Market analysis, financial modelling, strategic planning.

Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical, execution-driven.
