What You'll Do

  • Design & Execute Venture Builder Programs – Create multi-stage frameworks covering validation, venture build, launch readiness, and scale-up.
  • Lead Program Delivery – Manage several venture builder program cycles at once, ensuring each venture hits milestones, KPIs, and funding readiness with precision and agility.
  • Venture Selection & Evaluation – Develop rigorous assessment processes to identify and advance high-potential ventures with strong market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with strategy, product, marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to accelerate venture success.
  • Program Innovation – Continuously refine program design using global best practices and data-driven insights.
  • Ecosystem Engagement – Build relationships with startup networks, accelerators, innovation hubs, and investors to strengthen our venture pipeline.
  • Performance & Impact Tracking – Monitor venture metrics such as survival rates, time-to-market, and ROI, and implement improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in venture building, startup acceleration, or innovation program leadership.
  • Expertise in designing and executing structured programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to lead across multiple workstreams, teams, and deadlines, balancing strategic vision with operational detail.
  • Strong portfolio-management and program-optimisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
