We're now looking for energetic, passionate, and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing family.
What You'll Do
- Connect with potential buyers through calls, walk-ins, and inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right property.
- Organize and accompany clients for site visits.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers to generate referrals.
- Work closely with our marketing team to turn leads into happy buyers.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends in Varanasi.
- Consistently achieve (and exceed) your monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who loves meeting new people and building connections.
- Confident communicator with good negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Previous real estate experience is a bonus, but freshers with great energy and willingness to learn are welcome too
- Familiarity with the Varanasi real estate market will be an advantage.
