Job Role: Team Leader

Location: Mumbai Airport

Concept: Luxury Boutique

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will support the Store Manager in running the boutique efficiently while

leading by example on the shop floor. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, service-

oriented, and capable of managing a small team while ensuring the brands premium standards are

maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision & Support


• Lead the floor team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and consistent customer

service


• Allocate team responsibilities, manage break schedules, and ensure floor coverage


• Act as the point of contact in the Store Managers absence

Customer Experience & Sales Focus


• Engage with customers to offer personalized service and high-end product guidance


• Train and support team members in upselling, cross-selling, and storytelling


• Monitor daily sales and help drive performance toward store targets

Billing Oversight & Compliance


• Oversee POS operations, ensure billing accuracy, and resolve billing issues if any


• Ensure all team members follow airport and store protocols including hygiene, grooming,

and conduct

Stock & Visual Merchandising Support


• Ensure shelves are always well-stocked and displays are aligned to brand standards


• Support with stock checks, replenishments, and expiry management

Training & Reporting


• Conduct daily briefings and ensure team is updated on product knowledge and promotions


• Share team feedback and customer insights with the Store Manager for improvements

What We're Looking For:


• 2–4 years of experience in retail or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role


• Strong communication and team leadership skills


• Excellent customer handling and grooming standards


• Experience with POS systems and basic reporting


• Ability to take initiative, resolve issues, and maintain team morale


• Flexible to work in airport shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and

holidays
