Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Mumbai. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines. The Team Lead will also be involved in performance reviews, problem-solving, and ensuring team productivity and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Experience in coordinating with stakeholders and managing day-to-day operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Experience in the FinTech, RegTech, or Banking sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field
